Payments
All payments for services are securely processed through Razorpay. We accept multiple modes of payment including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Clients will receive a confirmation email with payment details once the transaction is successful. Please ensure you use valid contact and billing information when making payments.
Refund Policy
100% No-Questions-Asked Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund guarantee until the project’s final source files are delivered. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service during early stages, you may request a refund.
When Refunds Can Be Requested:
- If you are not satisfied with the initial development stage or progress.
- If you cancel the project before the final source code delivery.
- If the delivered work does not match the agreed requirements (early stages).
- If service delays or errors on our part significantly affect timelines.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable:
- After final source code or project delivery.
- For delays caused due to client-side issues (lack of communication, delayed approvals, etc.).
- If milestones have already been approved or accepted by the client.
- For services outside agreed scope requiring additional cost or time.
- For third-party services like hosting, domain registration, SSL, or payment gateways.
In special cases, exceptions may be considered at our discretion and alternate resolutions like partial refunds or service credits may be provided.
Account Security
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Vinay Codex is not liable for loss or misuse of services due to weak passwords or unauthorized access caused by negligence. Always use strong passwords and keep your login details private.
Warranties Disclaimer
Vinay Codex provides software solutions and services on an “as-is” basis. While we make every effort to deliver secure, high-quality, and functional solutions, we do not guarantee absolute error-free performance or uninterrupted availability of third-party tools, APIs, or integrations.
